With the first tab the pilot acquires the airport information from a drop down list of over 260 airfields in the UK e.g. ground tower, approach and radar, navigation like NDB's have also been included.
These are customizable and you can add or change the radio frequencies. The user can get the TAF and METAR for that ICAO airport by using the "get weather" button on the right. This connects to an FTP server and retrieves the data and displays the information in the boxes labeled TAF and METAR.
